I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) providing trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for adults in Maryland.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Boston College and have extensive experience supporting clients through major life transitions, perinatal mental health concerns, relationship stress, self-confidence challenges, anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD.

As a military spouse, I bring both personal insight and professional training to support military service members, veterans, and their families, understanding the unique stressors of deployments, PCS moves, and the “hurry up and wait” lifestyle.

As a mother to two young children, I am deeply passionate about perinatal and postpartum support, helping parents navigate the pressures of early parenthood while fostering self-compassion and emotional resilience. I understand the importance of learning to re-parent yourself as part of the journey of becoming a parent.

I tailor therapy to each individual using evidence-based and integrative approaches, including:
