Yoga & Mindfulness

In addition to offering counseling and supervision services, I have also earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and love teaching both individual and group classes, I completed my training at Sol Yoga in Frederick, Maryland in 2015.

Yoga, mindfulness and meditation can offer unique benefits to supplement any mental health treatment and self-care regimen. It can help reconnect your body, mind and breath, as well as work to gain control over somatic symptoms that often accompany many mental health diagnoses.
