I’m passionate about providing individualized, trauma-informed therapy that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is holistic, relational, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

I work with adults, caregivers, and healthcare professionals navigating a wide range of challenges, including:

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that combines therapeutic modalities to match each client’s goals and experiences. I am also a trained EMDR therapist, supporting clients in processing trauma and difficult memories safely and effectively.

Additionally, I serve as a Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners approved Clinical Supervisor, offering guidance and support to other clinicians seeking growth and licensure supervision.
