I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2010 and have since worked in a variety of outpatient settings.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences and grow. You are the expert on your life, and I serve as a supportive guide, helping you navigate challenges while fostering growth and change.

I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients experiencing:

  • Relationship Challenges.

Allison is currently accepting Aetna, CareFirst, Carelon, Cigna, Kaiser, Quest, UHC/Optum and private pay clients.

Clients seeing Allison at the private pay rate will be sent a Superbill each month, which they can submit for direct reimbursement from their insurance companies.
