I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 21 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating overwhelming emotions and life transitions.

My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and relational, with a focus on helping clients build skills, resilience, and empowerment.

I specialize in the treatment of:

• Postpartum Depression & Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs).

• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

• Military Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and First Responders.

• Childhood Abuse and Neglect.

Much of my clinical experience has been with clients impacted by trauma, including veterans, first responders, and individuals with childhood trauma. I am passionate about supporting this population in developing skills, empowerment, and resilience to reclaim their narrative.

After becoming a parent myself, I gained a deep understanding and dedication to perinatal, postpartum, and parenting support. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the demands of daily life, societal pressures, and the intense transitions of parenthood.

In therapy, I create individualized, goal-focused care. We work together to establish mutually-agreed objectives and build practical strategies to implement change. My role is to guide, support, and provide feedback, while you, as the client, bring your expertise about your own life. Together, we work toward the future you envision.
