As an EMDR-trained therapist, I offer a grounded, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, using EMDR and trauma-informed care, we’ll move beyond surface symptoms to heal the deeper wounds, unresolved grief, and attachment patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
