Hi, I’m Emma! I am a licensed social worker dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and supported is the foundation of effective mental health counseling.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and spent six years specializing in child welfare. This experience shaped my deep passion for women’s mental health, family dynamics, and supporting individuals through life's most complex challenges. Whether you are navigating motherhood, life transitions, burnout, or past trauma, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Because you know yourself best, we will work together to navigate life's challenges, process difficult experiences, and build on the strengths you already possess.
