I’m a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) with a focus on trauma-informed therapy, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward well-being.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University, specializing in trauma, and have gained experience across a variety of settings including child welfare, disability employment services, and homeless outreach.

After completing my degree, I worked as a Social Worker for the State of Maryland in the foster care unit, providing critical services to children and families. I have extensive experience supporting clients navigating homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and evidence-informed, incorporating modalities such as Motivational Interviewing to guide clients toward practical solutions, self-awareness, and improved emotional well-being.

I also work with individuals and couples facing relationship challenges, including issues related to communication, intimacy, and sexual wellness, helping partners develop skills to strengthen connection and relational health.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth. I look forward to supporting you in your therapeutic journey.
